It is also important to consider that when we make sounds while plugging our ears with our thumbs or fingers, we enhance the effect of those sounds. This is because the sound we issue (words, songs, hum) goes out through exit routes of our mouth and ears. There is a tube named the Eustachian tube which connects the middle ear to the Larynx, so sounds are filtered through it to the Eardrum. Because of this mechanism, new models of headphones can be used as a microphone without an additional element. When you talk, words are filtered through this channel and arrive at the headphones in your ear.
In ancient times, monks in Eastern temples sought to perform their Sacred Vibrations in areas where there were good acoustics; just to make sound and vibration more intense, temples were built with domes that made the vibrations produced by their songs and prayers rebound and reflect. These vibrations created Chladnis that traveled through the brain, producing the states of higher consciousness they sought.
Some people unfortunately think that today we can’t access places with such acoustics. But this is not true! Remember we are perfect beings with gifts and abilities that you are discovering, which go beyond the small reality that society and science has shown you so far.
We are born with our own built-in acoustic temple. Do you remember when I told you previously that our frontal maxillary sinuses are a sounding board? This is very true. Something that also needs to be emphasized is that the entrance to our ears is not square in shape, or rectangular, or triangular, rather it’s round in shape. It has been made especially to fit the tip of our fingers in tightly and activate the soundboard in high vibration.
“I ask you to do the following,” Don Alfonso spiritedly said, “repeat the word OM, but do it as follows: OOOOOOMMMMMMMM!!!!!! Do you understand?, pronounce this sound called Mantra, well known in the East, and feel the vibration that it generates in your throat and head. After having done it, activate the maximum resonance placing the tips of your fingers in your ears. But please, when you insert them, you must begin with a very low sound so as to not hurt yourself and then you’ll be able to regulate the power of sound. You will feel the difference of vibration when using your fingers. This way you can make very subtle sounds (mantras) in your own office, or wherever you want. You will be able to make a sound very softly so that others can’t hear it, but you will hear it with great potency”.
“It's true, my dear son, the universe flows in that way,” he answered with a gentle smile, “Answers to the greatest mysteries are right in front of us, but they’re so obvious they go unnoticed. Our society has taught us that wonders are achieved with much effort, struggle and after traveling long roads. But that's the message that the first wise masters have given us, in a witty and clever way, just to hide the truth, then all the others who came after them kept repeating the same thing, until the whole society took it as a way of thought to guide their lambs away from the path of power and knowledge that is in simple things around us.”
Sound has always been a powerful force that has accompanied human beings since the beginning of times. The human being has brought the power of sound to his rituals, wars, burials, parties and now to every minute of his life through the radio. Sound, as I explained, has the ability to cross all bodies. I mean, when you hear a song, sound waves are not only entering your body through your ears to be interpreted by your brain, but also are crossing the layers of skin and organs of your body, as the sound can expand, it crosses each body in the environment that contains it.
You already know that when the sound is emitted it creates a Chladni which affects the molecules of all bodies which are reached. When we listen to a song, every cell in our body is being touched by that melody. If it is loud and strong, every facet of every cell in our body shudders and reacts, being carried by the vibration they are receiving, as do Lycopodium particles on a metal plate as mentioned before. Therefore a soft melody that creates soft Chladnis will make us feel gently lulled. Drums create resonances which cross our body and resound in the acoustic box of our head and its impact is very stimulating, creating feelings of euphoria, force, ecstasy and superconsciousness.
Also, humans have always been strongly attracted by the effect of the rhythmic sounds. This has occurred since the beginning of time, when tribal groups danced around campfires, entering into a collective ecstasy and the shaman or wizard of the tribe was transported to altered states of consciousness. Cultures have always created sophisticated techniques to transmit sound's power, using different tools to do so. The instruments most used were drums, bells and hammers. When the shaman or wizard has participated in dozens of ceremonies, he has programmed himself to evoke a state of higher consciousness with the simple sound of his bell or hammer, which is also called ‘the key to Worlds higher or lower”.
The rhythm of drums alters the activity of brain waves in a spectacular way. These sounds stimulate vibration frequencies which, in these times, are known as Alpha, Theta and Delta.
